NEJM This Week App Reviews

Great app, but without the update for iPhone 5 tells me support is not there.

I find the medical journal helps to keep me more informed and is easy to access .

This is one of the better medical journal apps, in my experience. Its easy to use for a quick review of the most recent NEJM articles, and the full text articles are clear and readable. Ive enjoyed using it as part of my routine for keeping up with the evidence base. I do wish there were a way to share articles on social media--it would be a great way to help others in the field keep up with the literature.

Any idea when there will be a retina screen update and a iPhone 5 support. Its been awhile now. Cheers

When an iPhone goes into locked screen due to idling, the audio player in this app stops playing. Its quite annoying that one cannot continuously listening without having to keep the screen on the whole time. Is there a way to address this problem? Thanks.

Literally the only app on my phone that hasnt yet. Such a shame

The articles, clinical case pictures, and procedure videos in this app are outstanding. Thanks, NEJM, I am already telling fellow medical students to take a look

Drawback that articles cant be sent from phone in text or as email.

The audio files do not continue to play once the iPhone is idle. I want to run and listen to the audio, but I keep having to stop to turn my phone back on

I cant believe this app is free and has every NEJM issue each week. Great way to stay in touch with research in medicine.

Good app content-wise, but thats where it ends. I agree with another reviewer; its almost 2015... From the comical non-retina icon to the ugly pixelated interface, the antiquity and amateurism of this app make it stick out like a sore thumb and it poorly reflects NEJM. I wont ask you to optimize it for iPhone 6+ because you dont listen to suggestions and its probably safe to say youll never improve the quality of this app. Deleted.

The content is great and informative. Updated on time. Please make user interface more aesthetic.
