Pros and cons of NEJM This Week app for iPhone and iPad

NEJM This Week app good for

非常に使いやすいうえに、、、信じられないことに全ての論文の本文まで無料で読めてしまいます。 これだけでもインストールする価値ありです!!
Please. I want to respond to the rotation. Because I want use app while Im charging my iPad upside down.
This app is very good. Im glad that I downloaded it. I wish it allowed bookmarking and emailing articles.
I appreciate NEJM for making this available and for graciously sharing important information that would benefit the readers. You did not have to but you did. Thank you.
Had some issues with the content in the articles but it was resolved and they were most responsive responding to my email in leas than a day. Thank you for this wonderful app.....!!!!
As a 2012 matriculant, I dont have access to a full NEJM subscription just yet. For non-subscribers, this is an amazing app! The audio articles are phenomenal for car/train rides. Im sure everyones gripes as subscribers are valid, but for amateurs and newbies, I strongly recommend this app!

Some bad moments

It is a interesting and usefull applications especially for individuals who are interested on the new breakthroughs on this field of medicine...:)
Please fix the audio and videos! This app would be so amazing! I would love to start off my day watching and listening to this!
I will stick with my print subscription. Navigation is clumsy. Resolution poor. Other magazines have aps that are much more user friendly.
Totaly useless for subscribers. Cannot save, cannot view past issues... May be OK for promotion version, but not for professional use
Would get a higher rating if this app was able to cache articles. Cannot read articles without a wifi or data connection. NYTimes and the Economist already does this.
1st let me say i have a subscription to nejm. And review from a iPad2 user. CONS Only visible in full screen in the iPad with a VERY bad resolution. Cant save to my iBooks as PDF The name says it is "this week" guess no their fault that I was not expecting it to be so literally PROs Is free.. So at the end there is not use to this: I can just go on the website, browse as much as I want the entire archive, save the ones i like as PDF in my iBooks and then read them on the train without wifi or a data plan in full, readable resolution. Now, I understand is a free app, but why would I use space for something that have no benefits, I will rather pay some cash to have something usefull. Nejm. Should learn from CHEST
